Job Opening - PM/Estimator (Cheyenne, WY)
DDV, LLC is a well established supply and erect metal building contractor working projects in the
Western US. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator for our Cheyenne,
WY office. This is a salaried full time position with benefits and the opportunity for growth. The
following qualifications are a minimum.

applicant.

following qualifications are a minimum.
- 5 years experience in the metal building industry in a leadership role
- Ability to read and understand complex Architectural drawings
- Manage 4-6 projects at a time over multiple states
- Perform PEMB takeoffs for estimating material and labor
- Manage interaction with General Contractors, Architects and Building Departments
- Document change orders as needed
- Complete monthly pay applications in various construction management software systems
